Salary: up to £45k depending on experience

Location: London Bridge

Hours: 7:30/8am-5:30pm

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for a new opportunity in the Construction industry? Our client, a leading organisation with offices based in London Bridge, is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join their team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior level partners and ensuring the smooth running of the office

Duties:

• Diary management and managing inboxes
• Organising meetings and events and ensuring all logistics are in place
• Based on Reception, meeting and greeting and taking calls
• Screening and handling calls and enquiries
• Processing expenses
• Producing reports and any documents for meetings
• Meeting and greeting clients on reception
• Minute taking
• Arranging travel and itineraries
• Any other administrative support when needed

Requirements:

• Experience as a Personal Assistant, supporting senior level partners
• Confident Microsoft office skills
• Good attention to detail
• Organised and able to prioritise duties
