Personal Injury Fee Earner - Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment : Job Details

My client, a well-established regional full-service law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their Nottingham office.  In this role, you will manage a litigated multitrack caseload involving employers’ liability, public liability, and occupiers' liability claims. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of cases, including serious RTA, clinical negligence, criminal assaults, and historic abuse. You will also work closely with a Partner on high-value, complex matters.   This firm is committed to long-term career development, with a track record of nurturing talent with several of its current Partners that started as trainees. Many employees have been with the firm for over a decade, reflecting the strong culture and supportive working environment.  The ideal candidate will have: 

• 3+ years of experience handling litigated claimant personal injury cases 
• Strong background in multitrack claims 
• A proactive and client-focused approach
