Role OverviewAn esteemed legal firm in Liverpool is seeking an Assistant Lawyer to join its dynamic team. This role involves collaborating closely with a leading Partner to manage an array of complex cases, including Employer's Liability/Public Liability (EL/PL) and Road Traffic Accident (RTA) cases. The successful candidate will handle significant high-value claims, often exceeding £1 million, and will be instrumental in enhancing the firm's profile and their professional development.

Candidate Profile/Experience NeededWe are looking for a motivated and skilled legal professional who meets the following criteria:

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX, or possess proven legal experience.
• Extensive experience in indemnity, liability, and quantum. Defendant experience preferred but those with claimant experience will be considered.
• Preferred background in handling or assisting on large loss or catastrophic injury claims.
• In-depth understanding of case law, litigation practice, process, and Court Practice Rules.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service.
• Commitment to professional development and the development of others.
