Personal Injury Paralegal - Sacco Mann : Job Details

A leading international law firm is seeking an ambitious paralegal to join its Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss team, based in their Southampton office. In this role you will assist on cases involving fatalities, brain injuries, spinal cord damage and chronic pain, whilst collaborating with a specialist fraud team.

As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will:

• Assist partners on catastrophic injury and large loss claims.
• Handle a caseload of lower-value claims.
• Conduct witness interviews and gather statements.
• Investigate claims and using fraud detection tools.
• Review medical evidence.
• Prepare court documents and legal pleadings.
• Manage deadlines effectively within a case management system.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous paralegal experience.
• A legal qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and legal case management systems.
