Personal Injury Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive (Harrogate/Hybrid)Competitive Salary + Bonus | Full-Time | 4+ Years PQE

We are representing a leading law firm based in Harrogate, currently looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established personal injury team and handle a varied caseload.

The Role:

• Manage a broad range of personal injury claims, including RTA, Employer’s Liability, and Public Liability cases
• Handle a mix of Portal, Fast Track (FT), Intermediate Track (IT), and Multi-Track (MT) claims
• Conduct litigation on Part 7 and Part 8 claims
• Provide support and guidance to junior fee earners

Key Requirements:

• A solid understanding of personal injury law, Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), and the litigation process
• Experience assessing liability, evidence, and quantum
• Strong organizational and case management skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
• Proactive, target-driven, and empathetic towards clients
