Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive - Exeter or East Devon

What do we need? 

• This law firm requires a personal injury solicitor or legal executive to join the team in either the Exeter or East Devon branches 
• You will need at least 3+ years’ experience as a qualified personal injury solicitor or legal executive 
• Both full and part-time applications will be considered 
• You should be able to attend the Exeter office at least once/week 

What will you do? 

Handle a mixed personal injury caseload – likely to include: 

• Claimant work 
• Fast & multi track matters 
• A mixture of RTA, EL & PL work 
• Any exposure to clinical negligence matters would be an advantage  
• There will be the opportunity to be involved in marketing and business development & actively build the caseload, work & team  

About you:  

• Ideally you should be a qualified personal injury solicitor or legal executive 
• Unqualified personal injury fee earners should also get in touch  
• You will be a true team player, but equally able to work with little supervision
• You will be fully supported by the team and senior lawyers around you
