JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal ExecutiveHOURS: Full Time, HybridLocation: PlymouthSalary: £35K - £45K

The FirmAward winning, Legal 500 law firm with offices across the UK. Specialising in Personal injury / Clinical Negligence you will be joining a team of experienced, motivated professionals excelling in your legal career. YOUR DAY TO DAY:

• Handling your own Caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability files from cradle to grave collaborating with the Serious Injury team.
• Manage both new and ongoing claims, both pre litigated and litigated.
• Meeting clients face to face.
• Attend court proceedings and inquests.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Experience in Personal Injury law,
• Strong organisational skills
• Qualified Solicitor or Equivalent NQ +
• Experience running your own litigated caseload
• Experience managing EL/Pl files in litigation.
