Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive/Paralegal

Job Location: Birmingham

Salary: £30,000+ DOE + PQE

Working Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday - Thursday. Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm 1 hour for lunch (37 hrs)

Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal to join their Personal Injury Team attheir Birmingham City office. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload of fast-track and multi-track personal injury cases for claimants, with 3 to 5 years of relevant claimant experience.

Candidates should have a background in handling a range of cases, including fast-track and multi-track road traffic accidents (RTA), employer's liability (EL), public liability (PL), and clinical negligence, from initial instruction through to completion. In addition to building and maintaining strong client relationships, the successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to provide clear solutions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a range of personal injury cases, including:
  • Fast-track and multi-track road traffic accidents (RTA)
  • Employer's liability (EL)
  • Public liability (PL)
  • Clinical negligence
• Manage cases from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring all aspects of the claim process are handled effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing support and guidance throughout the legal process.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Comprehensive technical knowledge in personal injury law.
• Up-to-date understanding of relevant procedures and legislation.
• Proven experience in managing a mixed caseload of personal injury cases.
• A strong track record in handling complex and high-value claims on behalf of claimants.
