Job Purpose
  • Deliver expert personal tax advisory services to a varied client portfolio
  • Manage all aspects of client portfolios, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
  • Collaborate with Partners to provide high-quality client services
  • Prepare and review personal tax compliance work and detailed reports
  • Lead advisory work, including Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Trusts tax, and SAS
  • Handle HMRC correspondence and resolve client queries efficiently
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, identifying opportunities for training and development
  • Proactively identify client opportunities and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth

Job Requirements

We’re looking for a motivated professional who is:

  • ACA, CTA, or ATT qualified, with at least 5 years of UK practice experience
  • Experienced in managing personal tax portfolios, including compliance and advisory work
  • A skilled leader, with experience mentoring and managing staff
  • Technically proficient with excellent knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards in the UK
  • A confident communicator with strong time management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering service excellence
