Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Personal Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial accounting and tax compliance, with proficiency in various accounting software. This role is essential in providing high-quality financial services to our clients, ensuring their tax obligations are met efficiently and accurately.

Duties

• Prepare and review personal tax returns
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements
• Provide expert advice on tax planning and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for tax filings.
• Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Liase with HMRC on behalf of clients
• Monitor and manager client deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in personal tax
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A solid understanding of financial planning principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
