Pharmacist - Piers Meadows Recruitment : Job Details

HCA @UCH, are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist who can work the below requirement:

- Start date 2nd January 2025

- End date TBC(Ongoing, service dependent)

- Monday to Friday

- 09:00 to 17:00

- Candidate will be required to work at MCC site only

*Macmillan Cancer Centre*

- Band 7 only

Skills/Experience required:

- haematology oncology pharmacist with following experience:

• Good clinical knowledge in haematology - oncology speciality
• Verifying oral and IV SACT (chemo)
• Releasing SACT
• Patient counselling about SACT and supportive meds.
