PHARMACIST - Piers Meadows Recruitment : Job Details

We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist who can work the below requirement:

- Start date ASAP (please clarify earliest available start date)

- End date TBC (ongoing, service dependent)

- Monday to Friday (full time) 09:00 to 17:00

- Band 7 only

- Central London- specialist Oncology/ Haematology service

Skills/Experience required:

- Haematology Oncology Pharmacist with following experience:

• Good clinical knowledge in haematology - oncology speciality (SACT BOPA passport Adult Oncology/Haematology level b or c)
• Verifying oral and IV SACT (chemo)
• Releasing SACT
• Patient counselling about SACT and supportive meds.
