• Provide high-quality physiotherapy services in COTE Rehab (Care of the Elderly) and Community settings.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and rehabilitation.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports for patients.
• Support patient recovery and promote independence within community and rehabilitation environments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to professional standards and best practices.

• HCPC registration as a qualified Physiotherapist.
• Previous experience working within COTE Rehab and community settings is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to delivering person-centered care and promoting patient well-being.
