They are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver high-quality, evidence-based musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care.Main duties of the job• To work as an autonomous practitioner for patients presenting with MSK conditions or symptoms providing patients with primary assessment, diagnosis and management of their conditions within tier one and tier two of SIMS.• To use advanced clinical skills and clinical reasoning to provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment to support to patients who present with simple and complex MSK conditions• To work across Primary and Community services within SIMS ensuring an integrated care pathway for individual patients that meets their needs where appropriate. This will include directly providing self-management and advice and/or referral to other secondary care services. • To take an active role in developing effective communication between Primary care services, secondary care services and other relevant care providers.To be successful in applying for this role you will need:• BSc Hons Physiotherapy or equivalent • HPC State Registration • Recognised post registration MSK experience • Evidence of ongoing continuous professional development • Car Driver with valid UK licence and have access to a car for work purposes
