Planned Works Administrator
Location: Salford, Manchester
Salary: £23,800 - £26,000 dependant on experience/qualifications
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Remuneration Package: 31 days holiday (inc 8 days bank holiday)
Our client is a leading building contractor specialising in working with social housing landlords across the North West. They are seeking a Planned Works Administrator to join a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Raise all departmental orders for suppliers, subcontractors etc
- Manage the registration of works on portals through accrediting bodies (NFRC, FENSA ect)
- Arrange hire of plant/equipment and maintain the company hire database
- Produce site management packs for new contracts
- Be the main point of contact for operational staff within the planned works department
- Provide customer service support
- Basic admin duties: email correspondence, typing, photocopying, scanning, archiving & answering the telephone
- Ad hoc duties as reasonably requested
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
