Planner - G2 Legal Limited : Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planner/Senior Planner to join this friendly Property organisation based in Shrewsbury.

As a Planner you will be a key member of the company’s wider property team assisting the directors in the preparation company’s portfolio of planning applications, appeals and legal/court casework. The post is on the appeals team, but applications casework will also be included.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Research of planning policies, legislation, and other material considerations of relevance to the planning casework of the company
• Advising clients
• Writing fee quotations
• Managing applications and appeals from appointment to determination

Ideally, your skills and experience should include:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience of the planning system including legal casework
• Degree educated in planning or property law
