Description
- Work closely with the procurement and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan deliveries to meet high expectations of customer service.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Provide input to the supply planning team regarding stock levels and demand forecasts.
- Manage customer stock levels and review demand.
- Liaise with supply sites.
- Undertake strategic planning of the distribution network.
- Identify and address any potential supply chain issues.
Profile
A successful Planner should have:
- Previous logistics experience.
- Proficiency in using forecasting software and other relevant IT systems.
- Experience investigating data.
- Strong analytic skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
