Job Title: Operational Support
Working Model / Location: Ellesmere Port / On-Site
Salary + Benefits: 26,000 - 28,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Demand Planning Manager to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer forecasts to produce accurate demand plans.
- Assist in creating and maintaining demand forecasts for multiple products across various regions and sales channels.
- Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, minimizing overstock or stockout scenarios.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and production) to align demand forecasts with business needs and promotional activities
- Support in identifying potential supply chain risks and working proactively to mitigate them.
- Assist with reporting and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement in the demand planning process.
- Manage communication with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely product availability
- Support the integration of new systems and demand planning tools where required.
- Creating BOM's (Bill of Materials)
About You:
- Previous experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related role within the FMCG sector is preferred but not essential
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or demand planning software is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
