Planning Co-ordinator - Parkside Office Professional : Job Details

Our well known client based in Sunbury requires a Planning Coordinator to join their TeamMonday - Friday 8.30-5pm, plus one Saturday a month- fully office based KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• To schedule the work of our service engineers – a mixture of repairs, breakdowns and planned maintenance.
• To work closely with field managers to drive productivity from the field team.
• To work closely with internal and external customers to help adhere to contractual SLA’s.
• Communicating with other internal departments regarding ETAs.
• Providing customers with regular updates
