Key Responsibilities

As a Planning Engineer, you will be central to developing, agreeing, and delivering detailed planning requirements that align with various manufacturing zones and technologies. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering Advanced Product Quality planning (APQP) processes in both pre-series and series production.
• Assessing and implementing jig, fixture, facility and tooling needs.
• Implementing engineering change introductions within assigned zones.
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies
• Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve any issues in processes, builds, fixtures, and tools.

Essential Experience

To excel in this role, the following key experiences are essential:

• APQP experience.
• Knowledge of jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
• Proficient in change management processes and improvement methodologies
• Strong status reporting skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally.

• Technical competency in product assembly, process design, and standardised work methodologies.
