ROLE
- Assist senior lawyers in advising on planning applications, appeals and environmental law matters for residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.
- Work alongside experienced partners on renewable energy projects, urban regeneration and logistics developments, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale, impactful legal work.
- Research and prepare legal documents, draft reports and assist with case management in both contentious (dispute resolution) and non-contentious (advisory) planning matters.
- Support clients, including developers, public sector bodies and landowners, in navigating planning regulations and environmental requirements.
- Gain exposure to high-profile projects and develop your legal skills in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with guidance and mentorship from top industry professionals.
REQUIREMENTS
- England & Wales qualified lawyer.
- Newly Qualified to 5 years PQE with an interest or experience in planning law, real estate or infrastructure projects.
- Eager to learn and develop alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, with a strong desire to build a career in planning and environmental law.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to assist in preparing legal documents, drafting reports and managing case files.
- Able to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks, thriving in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to work on high-impact projects.
- A team player with a proactive attitude, ready to take on responsibility and grow professionally with guidance and support from senior lawyers.
