Marston Holdings is offering an exciting opportunity for a Field Planning Manager to join our Engage Field Team in Sheffield! This role will see you leading a small team while overseeing all field planning activities—making a real impact in driving efficiency and performance.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Driving Team Performance: Lead your team to success by optimizing performance and visibility of their requirements.
• Recruitment and Resource Planning: Take the lead on resource management and recruitment to ensure the team is always fully equipped to succeed.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive results.
• Project Involvement: Be a key player in projects both across the business and within your department.
• Continuous Improvement: Review processes and procedures to introduce efficiencies and elevate team performance.
• Data Reporting: Provide key performance data to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to track progress and success.

• Proven experience in field planning and managing teams.
• Leadership skills: A track record of developing staff and improving team performance.
• A results-driven approach with experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
