Planning Partner - G2 Legal Limited : Job Details

This national Legal 100 firm has an exciting opportunity for an experienced planning partner to join the team in London.

You will be part of a first-class team acting for an array of client in sectors such as housing, logistics, office, retail, energy and infrastructure.

In this role, you will be working on planning projects from inception to completion including:

• Overall strategy
• Application review
• Statutory agreements
• Appeals
• Judicial reviews

This role would suit you if your skills and experience include:

• Working at Partner (or similar) level in a leading planning department
• Managing teams
• Strong academics
• Section 106 agreements
• Statutory agreements
• Due diligence for property and corporate transactions
• Planning inquiries, hearings and Court challenges & Judicial Reviews
• Regeneration
