Plant Engineer - Reed : Job Details

Reed are supporting a local company who are a leading provider of winch hire and lifting equipment hire in the UK.

From their Essex based depot they are looking for a maintenance technician

Key responsibilities include maintenance, repair, testing, and inspection of mechanical and powered plant and equipment. Experience with winches, hoists, and cable drum trailers is advantageous, along with a good understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrics. Prior experience in the Plant Hire industry is preferred.

This role primarily involves workshop-based tasks, with occasional on-site work and driving duties. Benefits include a pension scheme, private health care, life insurance, a bonus, and 25 days of annual leave plus statutory bank holidays.
