Platform Administrator - March Recruitment : Job Details

Our client are seeking an experienced administrator with strong platform knowledge and a background in financial services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with 2+ years of experience in an administrative financial services role. This hands-on role requires direct knowledge of platforms and a proactive approach to client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the implementation journey for clients transferring to our platform, ensuring the best outcomes.
• Overseeing the client journey from onboarding to offboarding and managing team workflows.
• Completing application forms, placing trades, actioning transfers, and handling contributions and income payments in line with internal processes.
• Attending internal meetings and providing effective support to administrative, paraplanning, and advisory functions.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Communicating with platform providers and ceding schemes to obtain transfer updates.

Key Attributes

A financial services background is essential, with platform experience highly desirable. You should also have:

• Experience in using financial planning software and tools.
• Proficiency in navigating and utilising tools/reporting on common platform providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial services qualifications (desirable).
