Leading Global Investment Firm Seeks Platform Support Engineer - New York

This role provides front-line support for a proprietary quantitative trading platform, working within a follow-the-sun model to ensure 24/7 monitoring and support.

 Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in financial services supporting trading/post-trade systems
• Experience managing large-scale deployments/environments
• Strong Linux environment support experience
• Python, Bash, Shell, Perl scripting skills
• Process automation experience
• FIX protocol support experience
• Understanding of monitoring and performance management

Preferred Skills:

• FIX certification/onboarding experience
• NFS and GPFS file systems experience
• Experience with application monitoring (e.g., ITRS Geneos)
• Control-M job scheduling experience
• AWS and Kubernetes experience
