Our client is looking for a Plot Sales Paralegal

Description

• Assist in managing and progressing plot sales transactions from instruction to completion
• Draft, review & prepare key legal documents including contracts, transfers and other relevant documentation
• Liaise with clients, purchasers, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient progress of transactions
• Conduct property searches and due diligence
• Maintain & update case files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support the Partner and the wider team with administrative and legal tasks related to the Developer client's projects

Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to plot sales or residential development transactions
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to work
