Job Specification: PlumberHours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm (shifts)

Main Purpose

• Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme in line with specifications and assigned Work Packages.

• Conduct both routine and non-routine maintenance tasks.
• Identify and repair life-expired equipment.
• Inspect, repair, and replace faulty or outdated equipment as needed.
• Carry out water system inspections, sampling, and risk assessments.
• Perform repairs on mains water supply systems.
• Adhere to safety standards and agreed method statements.
• Support continuous improvement by minimising waste.
• Complete statutory tasks within compliance timelines and standards.

Professional Profile

• Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Relevant trade qualification in plumbing.

• Experience:

  • Proficiency with Maximo maintenance systems or a similar system.
  • Experience with light plant equipment operation.

• Behavioural Competencies:

  • Gas Safe registration card.
  • Legionella Control certification (L8).
