Job Role: Plumbing & Heating EngineerJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shiftsWork Location: In-person (Suffolk)Salary: Up to £38,000, OT 1.5x + benefits (including company vehicle)

Plumbing & Heating Engineer Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain a variety of systems, including Air Source Heat Pumps, Gas Boilers, and Oil Boilers.
• Ensure high-quality service and meet deadlines to maintain our excellent customer satisfaction.
• Respect customers' homes and workspaces while delivering outstanding service.
• Exhibit strong time management and attention to detail.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience installing full domestic central heating systems (boilers, radiators, and hot water cylinders).
• NVQ or equivalent qualifications in plumbing and heating.
• Full, clean UK driving license.
• Unvented Hot Water Cylinder qualifications.
• Gas Safe and/or OFTEC certification.

Desirable but Not Essential:

• Experience with heat pumps, oil, and LPG systems (training provided if needed).

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in heating system installation.
• 3 years of heating experience preferred.
