Plumbing and Heating Sales Specialist - Simon Acres Recruitment : Job Details

Simon Acres Group is proud to be partnered with one of the leading UK independent builders' merchants and are looking for a full time Plumbing and Heating Specialist to join their team in their successful Sheffield branch.

This is a full time, permanent role, paying up to £30,000 + bonus

Please note, it will include working alternate Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities:

• Providing customers with expert advice on plumbing and heating products
• Providing quotations and selling plumbing and heating products to customers
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers
• Tracking sales and customer feedback
• Meeting sales targets
• Proactively looking for opportunities to make or increase sales

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in plumbing and heating product knowledge
• Previous sales experience in a plumbing and heating merchant environment or a builders’ merchant environment
• Confidence in dealing with customers
• Ability to build great customer relationships
• Good telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy
