Description
- Provide administrative support to project teams within the SAP 4 HANA teams
- Assist in the coordination of project meetings and events
- Help in the preparation of project reports and presentations
- Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and up-to-date
- Communicate with stakeholders across the business
- Assist in the management of project risks and issues
- Support the wider PMO team as required
Profile
A successful PMO Administrator should have:
- Experience with SAP 4 HANA (desirable)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
