PMO ANALYST - INITIALLY RUNNING TO END OF MARCH - INSIDE IR35 / MAX RATE OF £350
One of Loriens leading Public Sector clients are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join their team initially just to the end of March with chance of extension. This role will be hybrid based with 1-2 days in Edinburgh offices a week.
Essential skills
- Experience of a range of project, programme and portfolio management functions including planning, risk management and governance.
- An understanding of PMO frameworks and methodologies including an understanding of both waterfall and agile project management practices,
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost management and resource planning processes.
- Ability to provide independent assurance whilst working collaboratively within a multi-disciplined team.
- Awareness of benefits management and how it may be used to help inform investment decisions.
- An openness to innovation and change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills utilising a range of channels suitable for the intended audience.
Desirable skills
- Professional project management, agile management or PMO certification e.g. Agile PM, Prince 2, P3O or similar.
- Experience of using MS Project for the Web/Online, SharePoint, Power BI and Power Automate in a PMO context.
