PMO Manager - Murchington Consulting : Job Details

MC is partnered with a fast growing digital consultancy looking to scale and who are looking to strengthen their infrastructure with the hire of a PMO Manager. The company concerned work with public and private sector organisations to offer outsourced digital, recruitment and IT services and have already established themselves as a major provider in this arena.

In brief;

• Design and build the PMO function
• Full strategic oversight
• Become the oracle for all stakeholders, communities and consultants
• Introduce new tools to drive innovation
• Champion the adoption of best PMO practices
• Encourage collaboration by creating mechanisms for knowledge sharing

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the PMO space and be ready to take on a leadership role. Our client is quite happy for someone to 'grow' into this role but you must have laid the groundwork and be able to prove you are ready for the next step!
