Job Summary

We are excited to be expanding our UK-based services for our SuccessFactors clients. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our UK PMO function as a Project & Support Office Co-Ordinator.

In this role you will be working with our Project and Support teams to undertake key tasks essential to the smooth running of the teams.

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

· Maintaining time reporting

· Responding to Ad-Hoc queries such as room bookings

· Support in organising company events

· Offering guidance to new starters and completing onboarding and offboarding activities

· Maintaining client status reports

· Delivering data for statistical analysis

· Creating monthly reports/presentations for clients using Tableau

· Setting up access to SharePoint sites

· Scheduling regular and ad-hoc client meetings

· Maintaining distribution lists for client communications

· Maintaining Support Team skills and system access records

· Building a strong rapport with client contacts and the Support team

· Supporting the finance team in month end activities

Job Type: Full Time, Home Based

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred but not essential.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables
  • Strong Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working with Tableau software (preferred, not essential)
  • Experience working with SharePoint and Teams

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to produce deliverables to a deadline.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
