Policy and Public Affairs Manager

Role:

• Develop and implement policy strategies.
• Represent the organisation in policy discussions, select committees and APPGs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Westminster and Whitehall.
• Monitor and respond to policy developments affecting the organisation and sector.
• Prepare policy briefs and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Provide policy advice and guidance to the team and senior management.

Profile

Policy and Public Affairs Manager

Essential criteria:

• A degree in political science, law, or a related field.
• Knowledge of policy development and advocacy from across the NFP sector.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence policy change and stakeholder engagement.
• Outstanding research and analysis skills
