Polish Speaking Sales Advisor - GMP RECRUITMENT LIMITED : Job Details

GMP Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client located in Droitwich, for a Polish Speaking Sales Advisor to join their ever growing and highly successful business, on a full time, permanent contract.

This position is working Monday - Friday, offering a salary of £25,000.

Our client is a lead manufacturer across the UK and EU. They are currently going through a substantial period of growth and are gaining a great success rate, so there has never been a better time to join this successful organisation.

The successful Sales Advisor will be confident working as part of a team, as well as on their own, and will be expected to take inbound calls responding to client orders and enquiries, make outbound calls to new and existing customers to build and maintain client relationships and be comfortable managing accounts and performing other office duties as required.

Polish Speaking Sales Advisor main duties:

• Working on sales to increase sales through the conversion of incoming phone and email sales enquiries
• Qualifying new customers as well as contacting old customers. Small outbound campaigns to help generate business
• Complete quotation enquiries and return in the agreed timescale, ensuring good communication throughout the process
• Delivering exceptional customer service, working with existing and new customers to deliver first-class service, building strong and sustainable relationships
• Develop a good understanding of products and processes.
• Offer advice and support to provide best solution to customer requirement
• Order processing and scheduling of sales orders via SAP ERP and CRM software.

Polish Speaking Sales Advisor required skills and experience:

• Ability to speak and converse in Polish fluently
• Having a friendly and engaging personality.
• Comfortable working with a range of different people.
• Should have a confident manner.
• Excellent Telephone Manner.
• Able to work as part of a sales team.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service
• Confident in using a variety of IT packages
• Willing and open to learn
