Job Title: Pool HostLocation: London (Various Locations)Salary: £13.45 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) Pay Frequency: WeeklyAbout Us:We are seeking friendly, professional, and dedicated Pool Hosts to join our team across luxury residential Health Clubs in London. If you hold an NPLQ Lifeguard or Emergency Pool Responder Qualification and have experience in a health club, gym, or customer service role, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 5-star customer service to residents and guests
• Serve as the first point of contact for all queries within the leisure club.
• Reporting directly to the site manager
• Ensure the safety of all pool users while maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures
• Assist with front-of-house duties such as meeting and greeting guests, answering phone calls, and handling administrative tasks.
• Monitoring Pool CCTV or actively lifeguarding on poolside where needed.   

Required Qualifications:

• NPLQ Lifeguard qualification OR  Emergency Pool Responder qualification  
• Previous experience in a health club, gym, or customer service role.
• Strong customer service skills
