This role is ideal for individuals with health club experience who excel in customer service and have high standards.About the Role: This hybrid position combines both operational and front-of-house responsibilities, allowing you to make a lasting impact on member experience while ensuring pool safety.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional communication and customer service.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all tasks.
• Supervise the pool area at all times, enforcing rules for a safe environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Perform rescues and first aid as needed.
• Conduct general poolside cleaning and upkeep.
• Report directly to the on-site manager.

Qualifications Required:

• Valid RLSS / STA Pool Responder or NPLQ Lifeguard Certification
