Job Title: Temporary Porter

Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour

Location: Rugby CV22 5EH

Working Pattern: 5 hours from 9am - X3 People Required

• Assist with the delivery of personal belongings in a timely and effective manner
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction with visitors and staff is positive and memorable.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by delivering customer goods
• Support the smooth operation of the facility by assisting with the movement of equipment, supplies, and furniture as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring an efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently, utilising your own initiative to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all areas are clean, organised, and presentable.
• A positive and friendly personality, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
