Your day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering exceptional operational performance, communicating effectively with relevant departments, supporting your team on various tasks related to transactions, reporting, and data management. You will also provide additional capacity across the team to ensure service levels are maintained. Furthermore, you will contribute towards improving the team's control environment and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. Your collaborative approach will enable you to work effectively with colleagues and facilitate operational outcomes that meet established service levels.* Execute operational processes across a range of activities in equivalent middle and back-office support functions* Deliver outstanding operational performance demonstrated by adherence to established operational metrics - timeliness, quality and customer satisfaction* Communicate with relevant departments that may have significant implications for projects* Support the wider team on a variety of tasks associated with the portfolio of projects relating to transactions, reporting and data management* Provide additional capacity across OSM to ensure expected service levels are maintained* Help support the broader improvement of OSMs control environment* Support the identification and implementation associated with driving improved efficiencies in the team.* Work collaboratively with colleagues to facilitate operational outcomes that adhere to established service levelsWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for the Portfolio Analyst role will bring a wealth of skills and experience to the table. You should have a university education or equivalent work experience, along with general banking, legal, and credit skills. A basic understanding of treasury and banking products transacted by the bank is essential. Your strong customer service orientation, combined with your experience with Summit, Frameworks, SAP, Debt Domain and SWIFT systems, will be highly advantageous. As a strong team player with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, you will be able to organise, multitask and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines. Your strong computer skills and experience in continuous improvement techniques will be beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication in English is required, and knowledge of another language would be considered advantageous.* University educated or equivalent work experience* General banking, legal and credit skills as well as a basic understanding of treasury and banking products transacted by the bank.* Strong customer service orientation* Experience with Summit, Frameworks, SAP, Debt Domain and SWIFT systems considered advantageous* Strong team player, attention to detail, strong analytical skills with the ability to organise, multitask and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point)* Experience of being part of a team that has transformed itself utilising continuous improvement techniques would be considered beneficial* Excellent written and verbal communication in English required.
