About our clientWe are currently working with an international Pension Fund who are looking to hire an experienced investor to lead their European Private Equity team, focusing on Fund commitments and Co-Investments. With significant growth ahead of them, this is a rare opportunity to join an established but fast-developing organisation in a senior role. What the job involves

• Leading both Fund and Co-Investment deal processes from origination through execution and portfolio management
• Managing and growing a team of junior and mid-level professionals
• Coordinating with senior management to set out and implement the longer-term strategy of the business
• Leading interactions with external stakeholders

Who we are looking for

• Extensive experience investing in Private Equity, either via Funds & Co-Investments or as a GP
• An excellent communicator, able to collaborate with junior team members as easily as presenting to senior management
• Someone who can lead a team through significant growth of both the PE strategy and the wider organisation
