Portfolio Manager - Collins Property Recruitment : Job Details

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of a portfolio of BTR sites, managing a team and managing client relationships.

Overview

• Job title: BTR Portfolio Manager
• Location: Hybrid (London + travel across the UK as required)
• Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities of the Portfolio Manager include:

• Line management of site staff.
• Oversee reporting and budgeting.
• Lead on mobilising new sites.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors and other parties.
• Manage compliance and H&S.
• Escalated complaint handling.
• Carry out regular site inspections.

The person:

• Previous experience in BTR, experience managing on site staff.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Prior experience working closely with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
