Main responsibilities will include both helping to structure and execute new loans as well as to manage, monitor and report on existing loans.

Core skills and experience required:

The suitable candidate will need to have recent and relevant real estate finance experience and direct experience of managing loans.

Able to write concise and clear reports, present at credit committee and display strong deal execution skills.
