A highly regarded specialist school in Maidenhead is seeking a motivated graduate, preferably with a background in Psychology, to join as an SEN Teaching Assistant. The school provides dedicated support to students aged 5 to 16 with Autism and additional learning disabilities, in a compassionate and therapeutic environment. Graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, long-term position with a focus on creating a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere.
This role offers a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience alongside an experienced team of therapists and psychologists. You'll have opportunities to observe sessions, learn therapeutic approaches, and build valuable skills supporting students with special needs and mental health challenges.
