Post 16 Case Officer - Local Authority

3 months initially - likely to be extended

Salary: £250+ per day

Fully remote working

What we need from you:

• Act as the primary point of contact for students, families, and institutions regarding post-16 SEND provisions.
• Oversee and manage a caseload of students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Coordinate and chair annual reviews of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for young people over 16, ensuring all statutory timelines are met.

Must Have:

• Local Authority experience is essential for this role.
• Previous experience within a similar SEND role is essential.
