SJC is managing the recruitment process for a multi-service law firm who are looking to expand and strengthen their Post Completion department with the addition of a Post Completion Assistant. The role will be based in Barnsley.
The Role
- Ensure all post-completion tasks, including filing and registering documentation with relevant authorities, are completed accurately and promptly
- Organise, file, and maintain legal documents, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with legal standards.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates on the status of their transactions and address any post-completion queries.
- Prepare and manage post-completion correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports.
The Candidate
- An understanding of Conveyancing and/or Commercial Property
- Previous Post Completion Experience (Essential)
- Ability to work under pressure in a timely manner
- Good working knowledge of Land Registry
