Post Market QA Analyst – Spanish Speaking

Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire- Hybrid (3 days on site)

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Pay Rate: £14.36 Per Hour PAYE

My global pharmaceutical client, based in Buckinghamshire, are looking for a Spanish Speaking Post Market QA Analyst to join their team on a 12-month basis. The perfect candidate will be a good communicator with good written and spoken language in English and Spanish. The candidate will be in the Complaints division, some phone experience would be an advantage.

o Managing the local Product Surveillance mailbox and triaging of the incoming emails. 

o Conducting or supporting follow-ups for additional information to ensure the timely investigation of the complaints. 

o Managing warranty claims for eligible complaints, from paperwork preparation until payment to patients.

o Addressing general administrative tasks associated with the Quality System at the site.
