?? The Role:

• Put your powder coating expertise to the test and ensure high-quality finishes on a range of products.
• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Operate powder coating machines and ensure they are properly maintained.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

�? What You Need:

• Previous experience in powder coating, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the rest of the production team.
• A passion for delivering exceptional results and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.

?? What You'll Get:

• Competitive hourly rate of £14.00 per hour.
• Temporary to permanent contract, providing long-term stability and career growth opportunities.
• Full-time working pattern from 6am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday, and 6am to 2pm on Fridays.
