Power BI Consultant - Nigel Frank International : Job Details

I'm looking for a passionate and ambitious Power BI professional to join a small consultancy in Watford, where you'll play a key role in driving forwards their Power BI service offering.

This is a hybrid role - initially, you'll be in the office full-time to get up-to-speed, and then this will drop to spending around 2/3 days a week either in the office or on client site, depending on requirements.

This role has 2 main elements:

• The first is leading on the delivery of Power BI workshops to potential clients - these are interactive sessions, that are held on a regular basis, multiple times per week. As such, we're looking for someone who enjoys getting others excited about Power BI and the benefits it can bring.

• The second is providing hands-on end-to-end Power BI consultancy services to their clients - from gathering requirements, through to developing and implementing an appropriate Power BI solution. This may be a one-off report, or an enterprise-wide solution integrating data from various areas of the business.

This is an incredibly varied role, where you'll have the chance to get involved in all aspects of Consultancy - from getting involved in pre-sales activities through to project completion. It would be well-suited to a Power BI enthusiast who is looking to take the next step in their career with an organisation who have a real appetite to really grow their Power BI service offering.

Requirements:

• Strong Power BI development skills including use of DAX
• Skills in SQL to query and manipulate data
• Any experience with Azure tools such as Azure Data Factory would be beneficial
• Excellent communication skills - comfortable presenting

Benefits :

• Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
• Commission when working on client projects
• 20 days annual leave, increasing with length of service
