Are you a leader with a passion for automation and leveraging Microsoft technologies to drive business innovation? Join my clients dynamic organisation in Leeds as a Power Platform developer where you'll lead initiatives focused on automation, low/no code solutions, and maximising the potential of Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in the adoption and implementation of automation solutions, leveraging low/no code platforms and Microsoft technologies to drive efficiency and productivity across the organisation.
- Requirements Management: Lead the development and sign-off of Requirements Specification documents for automation projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Change Management: Drive effective change management processes for automation initiatives, overseeing modifications to project documentation and ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication across departments, serving as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor and support junior members of the team, providing guidance and expertise in automation and low/no code solutions to help them grow and develop in their roles.
Technical Experience Required:
- Power Platform - specifically Power Apps & Power Automate
- Automation tools such as PowerShell, RBA, UIPath
- Experience working in an Azure environment
- Exposure to alternative low / no code technologies would be a bonus
Skills / Experience Required:
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience influencing and leading on decisions with stakeholders
- Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into actionable automation solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Azure services, Dynamics Power Platform, and Power Apps, with a strong understanding of automation principles and low/no code development.
